PeakLog is a personal pilot logbook: record flights, import rosters and logbook files, view statistics and maps, and export reports. It is an independent product of Horizone Peak and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official application of any airline.PeakLog 是個人飛行日誌工具：記錄航班、匯入班表與日誌檔、檢視統計與地圖、輸出報表。本 App 為 Horizone Peak 之獨立產品，與任何航空公司無隸屬或背書關係，亦非任何公司之官方應用程式。
Subject to these terms, we grant you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, revocable license to use PeakLog. Your purchase (if any) buys this license, not ownership of the software.依本條款，我們授予您個人、非商業、不可轉讓、可撤銷之 PeakLog 使用授權；付費（如有）購買的是此授權，而非軟體所有權。
Your logbook data belongs to you. To provide cross-device sync and backup, your data is stored in our cloud database. You are responsible for the accuracy of records you keep; PeakLog is a record-keeping aid and does not replace any logbook required by your regulator or employer.日誌資料屬於您本人。為提供跨裝置同步與備份，您的資料將儲存於雲端資料庫。您須自行負責紀錄之正確性；PeakLog 為記錄輔助工具，不取代法規或雇主要求之正式日誌。
You agree not to: scrape or bulk-extract data from the service; reverse-engineer the app (except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law); resell, share, or transfer your account; abuse the API; or use the service for unlawful purposes.您同意不得：爬取或大量擷取本服務資料、對 App 進行逆向工程（法律明文允許之範圍除外）、轉售／共用／轉讓帳號、濫用 API、或將本服務用於非法用途。
Paid features (if any) are billed through the Apple App Store under your Apple ID. Refunds are handled by Apple according to App Store policy. Prices and plans may change with in-app notice; changes never remove your access to your own data.付費功能（如有）透過 Apple App Store 以您的 Apple ID 計費；退款由 Apple 依 App Store 政策處理。價格與方案可能調整並於 App 內公告；任何調整都不影響您存取自己資料的權利。
Information in the app (including weather and airport data from third-party sources) is provided for reference only and must not be used as the sole basis for operational decisions. PeakLog is not a flight-planning, weather, or navigation service; to the maximum extent permitted by law, we assume no liability for events occurring during the operation of any aircraft.App 內資訊（含來自第三方的天氣與機場資料）僅供參考，不得作為飛行操作決策之唯一依據。PeakLog 並非飛行計畫、氣象或導航服務；於法律允許之最大範圍內，對任何航空器操作期間發生之事件，我們不承擔責任。
Your logbook is yours: you may export your data at any time in industry-common formats compatible with major third-party logbook software. We design the service so your records are always portable.日誌是您的：您可隨時以業界通用、與主流第三方日誌軟體相容之格式匯出資料。本服務之設計確保您的紀錄永遠可攜。
We make commercially reasonable efforts to keep the service reliable and your data safe. Nevertheless, the service is provided "as is": we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.我們以商業上合理之努力維持服務可靠與資料安全；惟本服務仍按「現狀」提供，無法保證不中斷或無錯誤。
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (or NT$0 for free use). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This cap does not apply to damages caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer protection law grants you and that cannot be waived.於法律允許之最大範圍內，我們就本服務所生之全部責任，以提出損害賠償請求前十二（12）個月內您實際支付之費用為上限（免費使用則為零）；不就間接、附帶或衍生損害負責。本上限不適用於因我們故意或重大過失所致之損害。本條款不限制依消費者保護法規您所享有且不得拋棄之權利。
If your breach of these terms causes third-party claims against us, you agree to hold us harmless and bear the related liability (including reasonable attorneys' fees) to the extent caused by your breach.若因您違反本條款導致第三方向我們求償，您同意就可歸責於您之部分，使我們免受損害並承擔相關賠償責任（含合理律師費用）。
If we ever permanently discontinue the service, we will announce it at least 30 days in advance and keep data export available throughout that period, except where prevented by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.若本服務永久停止營運，我們將提前至少 30 天公告，並於該期間內持續開放資料匯出；惟因不可歸責於我們之事由致無法履行者，不在此限。
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time in-app. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.您可隨時停用並於 App 內刪除帳號；濫用服務之帳號可能被停權。
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). The Taiwan Taoyuan District Court shall be the court of first instance for any dispute, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules. If the English and Chinese versions differ, the Chinese version prevails.本條款以中華民國法律為準據法；因本服務所生之爭議，以臺灣桃園地方法院為第一審管轄法院，惟不影響消費者保護法規之強制規定。中英文版本如有歧異，以中文版為準。
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use constitutes acceptance.本條款可能更新；重大變更將於 App 內公告，繼續使用即視為接受。
