You may use PeakLog without any age restriction. By purchasing a subscription, you confirm you are legally able to enter into this agreement under the laws of your country. PeakLog is a personal pilot logbook: record flights, import rosters and logbook files, view statistics and maps, and export reports. Your logbook data belongs to you. To provide cross-device sync and backup, your data is stored in our cloud database. You are responsible for the accuracy of the records you keep; PeakLog is a record-keeping aid and does not replace any logbook required by your regulator or employer. PeakLog does not request, receive, or store credentials for any airline or employer system. Roster data enters the app only when you actively import a roster file (.pilotroster) or a logbook export file that you already have. New accounts receive a 180-day free trial with full access to all features. The trial is provided by us at no charge, requires no payment method, and does not automatically convert into a paid subscription. After the trial ends, advanced features — Analyze, Map, Roster import, and formatted/LogTen-style import and export — require a paid subscription. Paid features are billed through the Apple App Store under your Apple ID. Subscription price, billing period, and auto-renewal terms are disclosed at the point of purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID subscription settings. PeakLog's paid features are digital content and online services that are made available for immediate use upon purchase. In accordance with Taiwan's Regulations on Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Rescission in Distance Sales, you agree that by purchasing and accessing a paid subscription you consent to immediate provision of the service and acknowledge that the seven-day statutory withdrawal period does not apply. The app relies on third-party data sources and infrastructure providers. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or availability. We make commercially reasonable efforts to keep the service reliable and your data safe. Nevertheless, the service is provided "as is": we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (or NT$0 for free use). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This cap does not apply to damages caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or to personal injury or death. We may assign these terms in connection with a merger, reorganization, or transfer of the business operating PeakLog, provided your rights under these terms are not reduced.您不得讓與或移轉本條款之權利。我們得於合併、組織重整或營運 PeakLog 之事業移轉時讓與本條款，惟不得減損您依本條款所享有之權利。
Force majeure 不可抗力 — Neither party is liable for failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control.任一方因不可歸責於其之事由致無法履行者，不負責任。
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). The Taiwan Taoyuan District Court shall be the court of first instance for any dispute, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules, including your right under the Consumer Protection Act to bring an action at the place where the consumer relationship arose. If the English and Chinese versions differ, the Chinese version prevails.本條款以中華民國法律為準據法；因本服務所生之爭議，以臺灣桃園地方法院為第一審管轄法院，惟不影響消費者保護法規之強制規定，包括您依消費者保護法得於消費關係發生地起訴之權利。中英文版本如有歧異，以中文版為準。
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app at least 7 days before taking effect, and the "last updated" date above will be revised. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
