PeakLog Privacy Policy 隱私權政策

Overview 概述

PeakLog is a pilot logbook app. We respect your privacy and collect only what the service needs to function.PeakLog 是一款飛行員飛行日誌 App。我們尊重您的隱私，只收集服務運作必要的資料。

1. Data We Collect 收集的資料

• Your account email address (from Google or Sign in with Apple) — used solely to identify your account and sync your logbook across devices. Sign-in uses Google OAuth or Sign in with Apple; we never see your password. If you choose Apple's "Hide My Email," we only receive the private relay address Apple provides.您的帳號 email（來自 Google 或 Sign in with Apple）——僅用於帳號識別與跨裝置同步。登入採 Google OAuth 或 Sign in with Apple，我們不會接觸您的密碼；若您選擇 Apple 的「隱藏我的 Email」，我們收到的僅是 Apple 提供的中繼信箱。

2. Data We Do NOT Collect 不收集的資料

• We never read your inbox, Drive, or contacts. The only Google scope used is basic identity (email/profile).我們不讀取您的信箱、雲端硬碟或通訊錄；唯一使用的 Google 權限是基本身分（email／個人資料）。
• No airline or company system credentials are ever requested or stored.絕不要求或儲存任何航空公司／公司系統的帳號密碼。
• No advertising, no tracking, no third-party analytics.無廣告、無追蹤、無第三方分析。
• Face ID / Touch ID biometric data is processed entirely on your device by iOS; it never reaches our servers.Face ID／Touch ID 生物辨識完全由 iOS 在您的裝置上處理，絕不會傳到我們的伺服器。

Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance: PeakLog's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.符合 Google API 服務使用者資料政策，包括其中的「受限使用」要求。

3. Storage & Security 儲存與安全

• Your logbook is securely stored in the PeakLog Cloud and automatically syncs across all devices on your account; the database is regularly backed up. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we protect your data with industry-standard measures.您的飛行日誌安全地儲存於 PeakLog 雲端，在您帳號的所有裝置間自動同步；資料庫定期備份。沒有任何傳輸或儲存方式能保證絕對安全，我們以業界標準措施持續保護您的資料。
• All communication is HTTPS-encrypted. Roster exchange files are AES-GCM encrypted and can only be opened by your own signed-in account.所有通訊皆 HTTPS 加密；班表交換檔以 AES-GCM 加密，僅您本人登入的帳號能開啟。
• Session tokens on iOS are stored in the system Keychain.iOS 上的登入憑證儲存於系統 Keychain。

4. Data Sharing 資料分享

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party. Weather/map requests to third-party services contain no personal data.我們不出售、不出租、不與任何第三方分享您的個人資料；天氣／地圖等第三方服務請求不含任何個人資料。

5. Retention & Deletion 保留與刪除

Your data is retained while your account exists. You may permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time, in-app: account menu → Danger Zone → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible; residual copies in system backups expire within a reasonable period thereafter.資料於帳號存續期間保留。您可隨時在 App 內（帳號選單 → Danger Zone → Delete Account）永久刪除帳號與全部資料，刪除立即生效且不可復原；系統備份中的殘餘副本亦將於其後合理期間內失效。

6. Your Rights 您的權利

You may at any time: access your data in-app; export your logbook in an industry-common format; correct any record; or delete your account. For any data request, contact us at the address below.您可隨時：在 App 內存取您的資料、以業界通用格式匯出日誌、更正任何紀錄、或刪除帳號。其他資料請求請透過下方聯絡方式提出。

7. Data Location 資料所在地

Your data is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure located in Singapore. By using the service you consent to this cross-border storage.您的資料儲存於位於新加坡的安全雲端基礎設施；使用本服務即表示同意此跨境儲存。

8. Children 兒童

PeakLog is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.PeakLog 非以兒童為對象，我們不會在知情下收集 16 歲以下使用者之資料。

9. Changes 政策變更

Material changes to this policy will be announced in-app before taking effect.本政策之重大變更將於生效前在 App 內公告。
