Categories of personal data 個人資料類別: identifiers (email address), records you create (flight and roster data, which may include names of other individuals), and service records (subscription status, support correspondence). Purpose, period, region, recipients, and method of use 利用之目的、期間、地區、對象及方式: the data above is used only to operate PeakLog for you — account authentication, logbook storage and cross-device sync, import/export, statistics and maps, subscription entitlement checks, and support. It is used for as long as your account exists; it is stored on cloud infrastructure in Singapore and processed by the service providers listed in section 5; and it is used by automated processing within the service and by us when responding to your requests. If you choose not to provide data 不提供資料之影響: an account email is required to authenticate and sync; without it the service cannot be provided. Your logbook may contain the names of other crew members if you choose to record them. That information is entered by you, for your own record-keeping, and you are the person who decides to collect it. We store it on your behalf and never use it for any other purpose. Your data is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure located in Singapore. By using the service you consent to this cross-border storage and processing.您的資料儲存於位於新加坡的安全雲端基礎設施；使用本服務即表示同意此跨境儲存與處理。
Your data is retained while your account exists. You may permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time, in-app: account menu → Danger Zone → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible. Residual copies in database backups are overwritten or expire within 30 days of deletion. Support correspondence is kept for up to 12 months after your request is resolved.資料於帳號存續期間保留。您可隨時在 App 內（帳號選單 → Danger Zone → Delete Account）永久刪除帳號與全部資料，刪除立即生效且不可復原；資料庫備份中的殘餘副本將於刪除後 30 天內覆寫或失效。客服往來紀錄於案件處理完畢後最多保留 12 個月。
Under Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act you may, in relation to your personal data: enquire about it and request to review it; request a copy; request supplementation or correction; request that we cease collecting, processing, or using it; and request its deletion. In practice most of these are available directly in the app — you can access and correct your records, export your logbook in an industry-common format, and delete your account. For anything else, or if you wish to exercise a right formally, contact us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days; if we decline a request we will explain why. No fee is charged for making a request, and we do not charge for handling one.依個人資料保護法，您就您的個人資料得：查詢或請求閱覽、請求製給複製本、請求補充或更正、請求停止蒐集／處理／利用、請求刪除。實務上多數權利可直接於 App 內行使——您可存取與更正紀錄、以業界通用格式匯出日誌、並刪除帳號。其他事項或您欲正式行使權利者，請依下方聯絡方式與我們聯繫。我們將於 30 日內回覆；若拒絕您的請求，將說明理由。行使權利不需支付費用，我們亦不收取處理費。
Note that a deletion request removes your logbook from our systems; it does not affect any logbook you are separately required to keep by your regulator or employer.請注意：刪除請求僅移除我們系統中的日誌，不影響法規或雇主另行要求您保存之正式日誌。
If personal data is stolen, disclosed, altered, or otherwise compromised, we will investigate, take remedial measures, and notify affected users by email and in-app without undue delay, describing what happened and what you can do. PeakLog is a professional tool intended for pilots and aviation crew. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.PeakLog 係供飛行員與航空組員使用之專業工具，非以兒童為對象，我們不會在知情下收集兒童之個人資料；若您認為有兒童向我們提供個人資料，請與我們聯繫，我們將予以刪除。
